We're always looking for talented engineers who love building things from the ground up. Join a team that works on real, impactful embedded systems every day.
At GB Softronics Solutions, you don't get assigned to a project after six months of onboarding. From day one, you're working on real client deliverables — touching hardware, writing production firmware, and solving problems that matter.
We're a small team with big ambitions, which means every person's contribution is visible, valued, and impactful. You'll have mentors who've shipped AIS-140 certified products and edge AI systems to production.
No coffee runs — you ship code from the start.
Access to all training materials, conferences, and hardware kits.
Talk directly to the founding team. Ideas are heard and implemented.
Clear growth path from Junior → Senior → Lead engineer.
Lead firmware development for TCU and industrial IoT products. Architect RTOS-based systems, mentor junior engineers, and interface directly with clients on technical requirements.
Develop and maintain TCU firmware including GNSS integration, cellular modem AT commands, MQTT communication, and CAN J1939 decoding for fleet telematics applications.
Build and deploy computer vision ML models on edge hardware (Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano). Own the full pipeline from data annotation to TFLite deployment and real-time inference optimization.
Great for fresh graduates or 0–1 year engineers who want to grow fast in embedded systems. You'll work alongside senior engineers on real firmware, hardware debug, and integration tasks.
Our structured internship gives you real project experience — not paper-filing or shadowing. You build, you debug, you ship.
Work on real firmware projects — RTOS integration, peripheral drivers, communication protocols. You'll finish with 2–3 fully functional project builds and an industry reference letter.
Train and deploy ML models for real clients. Work with image datasets, run inference on edge hardware, and integrate with embedded systems. Python-first internship with hands-on Raspberry Pi work.
